Explore tea culture, artisanal teas, and/or pairing teas with food. Meet some of San Francisco's most inspiring "tea people". The Way to Tea Tours offer advenure, knowledge, community and sanctuary from daily routine.

1) San Francisco Tea Guide -this group will meet once a week at a different tea room.  We will explore contrasting tea traditions~British, Chinese, and Japanese~and discuss the varying expressions of tea as well as the threads that bind them.  Tours do not include the cost of tea, food, or teaware purchased from tearooms.  Space limited to 6 people.

2) San Francisco Tea Safari-This four-hour private tour of San Francisco's most engaging tea rooms will find you enjoying  a morning or afternoon tea excursion tailored exactly to the curiosity and tastes of you and your friends or colleagues. with author Jennifer Sauer will enchant and revive you.No zebras or elephants will be found on this safari, but plenty of exotic teas and a few exotic people as well might well be sighted if you pay close attention. Space is limited to six participants to allow for intimate discussion and learning.
